eFunds is a full service automatic teller machine operator handling procurement, installation, operation and maintenance of ATMs. eFunds has an exclusive 5 year ATM management and placement agreement with Suncorp.

Hall Capital acted for eFunds in the sale of its business to ASX-listed GRG International Ltd for total consideration in cash and shares of approximately $13M. This transaction was completed in February 2011.
