Hall Capital offers high quality, independent advice on the sale of businesses. Hall Capital is highly experienced in preparing companies for sale - preparing the transaction documents, developing a comprehensive list of interested parties, approaching and managing all interactions and negotiations with interested parties so as to deliver a competitive set of potential outcomes for business owners. We then help clients select the right partner and work with our client's legal and accounting advisors to ensure closing. The partners of Hall Capital have successfully completed over 100 sale transactions.

Acquisitions – proactively adding scale and capability to your business

Hall Capital works with clients in formulating and executing a successful strategy. On behalf of our clients we canvas the local and international markets for potential acquisition targets. Our client's identity is kept confidential until the appropriate point of the transaction, with Hall capital handling negotiations, allowing the client to remain one step removed from the target and maintain focus on running their business. The above strategy focuses on proactively identifying and executing acquisitions that add maximum value to the client rather than only looking at companies that may presently be on the market. The partners of Hall Capital have successfully completed more than 50 buy-side acquisitions.

Capital Raising (Equity and Debt) - efficiently and effectively providing the fuel to grow your business

Hall Capital is experienced in raising equity and debt capital for public and private clients. Hall Capital is independent of banks, stockbrokers, accountants, legal and tax advisers. We have had considerable exposure to private capital raising through our contacts with venture capital and private equity firms as well as wealthy families and individuals. With Hall Capital's reputation as an independent organisation it has the credibility to prepare and present companies to potential investors in their best light, and manage the often complex process from initial meetings through to closing. Hall Capital is also experienced in raising and restructuring bank and private debt facilities. The partners of Hall Capital have successfully completed more than 50 capital raisings.
