Hall Capital Strategies is an ASIC licensed boutique corporate advisory firm offering business strategy and advisory services, including capital raising, trade sale, merger and acquisition, and IPO services and has been doing so for the past eight years.
Founder David Hall is a 22 year veteran of the corporate finance arena and has been involved in hundreds of capital raisings and M&A deals with transaction values ranging from $2M to $400M. He has also been involved in over twenty IPO processes and is an expert in structuring capital raising deals and advising on longer term capital strategies. Prior to founding Hall Capital, David was head of mergers & acquisitions for the major European stockbroker BNP Equities.

Much of Hall Capital’s business comes from referrals, however a large component is the result of repeat business in the areas of strategy, and operational advice, including later stage investment, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, debt financing, and exit advice.
